Need a Replacement?

Damaged Issue

If your magazine arrived with major damage, you can request a replacement starting on the 5th of each month. Please be sure to include a photo showing the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

Missing Issue

Didn’t receive your magazine? You can submit a missing issue request beginning on the 1st of the following month (for example, submit for the June issue starting July 1).

Important to know:

• All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis while supplies last.


• Claims must be submitted within 60 days of the issue's ship date.


• Given the process to randomize insert distribution fairly, specific variant and specialty cover replacements cannot be guaranteed


• Expect 1 month for replacement request delivery within the United States and 6-8 weeks for delivery of international replacements.
